Seems like finding "the good stuff" is futile?

Does it exist?

Have been using the Vibram rubber ones. Way more grip and seem to last longer.

Could you send me a link to the specific product you've had good luck with?

That will wear a hole in your boots quicker than a Dremel tool. I learned the hard way. This sits right next to it at Ace hardware on the shelf and much friendlier on the gear. Im sure they buy in bulk now, but about 3 years ago I was told by Joey Savagty's mechanic that he specifically used this.

Can you point me to the specific stuff you use?

I think I'd like to apply some grip tape over the sides of the gas tank on my later-model YZFs.

I started with grip tape on my frame guards but wore my boots way too quick. I just bought a sheet of the Vibram rubber off Amazon and it works good. Not as grippy but doesn’t wear the boots as bad

I like the DKLSkateboarding grip tape. It doesn't tear up the gear like regular skateboarding stuff, but is just as grippy.

I couldn't readily find Vibram as I had hoped on Amazon and your recommendation really intrigued me, so I checked them out at:

... and I bought a few kits. Thanks!

Will try Vibram later once I figure out what specifically to get.

Thanks guys!

This is where I bought it from. Shipping was quick to the states.
