Local suspension expert recommended 5.1kg. Looking for other experience to confirm this. Right now I’m risen 5.7kg . Thanks all!

Paw Paw, that is exactly where I started when I put the 5.7kg on. Hoping get gain more insight from other's experiences. Thanks for the suggestion.

Stock was 5.5 I believe, so in theory, a 5.3 would be there at your weight. If you still have the stock spring, see what your sag numbers are before you buy another spring.
