Race gas, pre mix ?

I have 2002 yz250,. But no knowledge of race gas. It's an older bike, but was wondering if that pre-mix race gas would be ok ?

Age of bike doesn’t matter. Fresh VP T2 will run fine in it, but you will need to increase the main a size or two. I’m assuming it’s T2 your talking about since it’s already pre mixed. If it sits in the of the bike for a period of time it’ll lose its O2 content, and your what was good jetting will be rich on the main. I drain it out of my bikes tank bank into a 5 gallon VP metal can when I’m done riding for the day.
