I was just doing some maintenance and decided to pop the head off, since i was changing spark plug, just to take a look at the piston. Here is what it looks like. Should i be concerned with how the edges are a little pitted? Piston only has 6.5 hours and its a 2 stroke.

What fuel do you run? Usually detonation will occur at the exhaust port crown first but yours doesn't show any there. The sides of the piston do look like it was pinging a bit.

Mixed 40:1 with castor 927

Coolant leak would be my guess too.
