PC spark aresstor question for a 2T ?

Does anyone know the difference between the 2 in the links below ? Looking for the less restrictive of the 2 options for better performance. I'm assuming it's the nature friendly version based on the description ?
I called PC, but the sales person that answered the phone didn't know.
