Hello guys. My 2017 250 sx has a lot of mid range power but signs off quickly after than. The bike seems to just go flat. I want more upper rpm pull. Is there any way to get this out of the bike?

Thank you.

If it is running ok, then a 48 or 49 tooth rear sprocket.

After that it is bolt ons or machine work.

The power valve adjustment will change the bottom end hit or pull farther up top.

Where are you at with the bike? Completely stock? a larger main will get you more overev & pull. Drop 1 tooth on rear sprocket will help, powervalve spring adjustment can alter power curve..Pro Circuit and FMF both make pipes & silencers that help with overev ....

I run the Red spring with stock preload and a 49 tooth, pulls all I care to experience.

Some have really raved about the PC long silencer.

49t rear, adjust the PV, PC pipe and silencer. You want the long silencer as the short one gives more bottom end and you lose top end.
