I'm looking for help with this. Wiring and LED lightbar to the front of my YZ 125. Will be running to a lithium battery under the seat for a 24 hour race. Gonna put a bar mounted on/off switch in line. Need help figuring out what this connection is called...

Please and thank you!

Man, I've been wanting to do a night race, too. How long do you figure the battery will power the lights?

The light bar I got should run at least 5 hours off of the size of lithium battery I ordered. One of my team mates tested the same one with the battery and it had outstanding life. Once stealy has the 125 lighting Stator back in stock I'll be wiring it to the battery permanently! I'll post the videos and stuff Smile

Cool, man! Good luck! What is the race you are doing? Yeah, let us know how it goes.

We did the 24 Hours of Starvation Ridge! Got ourselves a 5th place in Open Am.

I ran a 6 led lightbar mounted to the handlebars with bar clamps off amazon. This was hard wired using shrink wrap solder tubes into a switch on the bars, then to the lithium battery under the seat with ring terminals. It worked great, but was very linear horizontally. I would rather something with better light dispersion for night riding.

On my head I ran an oxbow maverick light. It was ample, the only reason I would run another light is because I would like to add one to the top/other side for another lighting angle.

It was a great race! Myself and the 5 guys I rode with got a 5th place in Open Am out of 20 teams. We were 1 minute behind 4th at the end of it all.
