Lectron Carb

Hey guys, just installed a Lectron on an ‘05 KX125. First off, I’m no mechanic per se, and have no experience messing with carburetors.

I filled the bowl today, fired it up after a few kicks and the bike revved wayyyy high with blue smoke pouring out so I killed it.

Backed the idle 1.5 turns, fired it up and it revved high again, and the rpms kept getting higher. I tried turning the idle left another turn but it was still revving higher with blue smoke again.

I did install the throttle cable to where the slide “chunked” closed, but with very little play when opening the throttle btw.

Any advice for this carb-newbie? I’m almost afraid to start it again because I don’t wanna blow the damn thing up!
