I can't say for that exact bike. I did it to a 22 tc125. I can tell you don't wait another minute. Don't waist any more time with that mikuni. The keihin was jetted once and done. Didn't feel like the same bike. Better across the the entire range.

Check out JD jetting since they should already be setup for you.

You can also buy the manifold from an older model so it fits perfect

My decision is made today that don’t waste anymore time with the Mikuni and order a Keihin

Did the first Testride with my 32 Year old KTM after a Rebuild that bike runs so clean and strong with the Keihin PWK

If your doing it on 19-22 it's a direct bolt on. There are tons of jetting specs out there. I first went with KTM specs from 2016 300xc. Now using JD specs. It works great. My bike 19 TX 300. I've also switched to the 16 cable and throttle assembly and it's great.

did you have to file the nub off of the Keihin?
I get varying opinions if you have to do that for the standard throttle cable.

I didn't. I still had some cable play. It seemed to be hit or miss if you had to.

Did you use the 2016 Keihin from the 250 SX or from the 300 Enduro Modell?
They have different Sparepart Numbers

I don’t remember. The only difference is the jetting.
