Recently purchased a set of Kit KYB suspension and I am looking to have them set up for a YZ 125 that I am building. They are spring forks with a 2 piece rear shock. I am a B rider and weigh about 165lb. They are currently set up for a 170lb of similar speed but on a YZ 250 so I know that they will need to be valved and sprung to get the full advantage of having kit suspension.
I have a local guy who has been doing my suspension lately and really seems to know his stuff. However, I don't think many (if any) sets of kit suspension have been through his shop. I am wondering if I should give him a shot or if I should just send them to Enzo (or other big name suspension shop) who deal with this kind of suspension on a regular basis? Any thoughts or opinions are greatly appreciated.

Your local tuner can do this, as well as complete rebuilds, with standard KYB parts.
