Has anyone ever ever tried to throw SFF Spring forks from the older kawis onto a 2015+ Crf250 I thought about throwing a set of mint 2011 kx250f forks on my 2016 crf250 and wondered what I would need to do for the conversion?

See if the fork tube diameters are the same. If they are then you can use your same triple clamps. If not, you will need to use the triple clamps off of the kx250f. Not a clue where you would start on spring rates though. What ever matched the honda maybe? My buddy did the RaceTech air to spring fork conversion on his. Not too spendy really and was a piece of cake to install.

I had those single spring forks on my 2012 kx250f. Not to be confused with the SFF air, the SFF “spring” fork was pretty dang good to me once I realized how over sprung it was

Wheel spacers might need to be changed too.

Easiest way is probably using the entire kx front end
