KX420 Upgrade

Just recently bought a 1980 KX420.
I was informed from the owner that the bike had an upgrade to 440. Also fitted with a plastic tank.
Any info on these mods would be much appreciated.

From the article,,,I'd look for a spacer plate under the cylinder,, and welding 2-3" down the pipe like in picture for clue
