they recommend a 105mm sag and the stock one is 110mm
my questing is there really big change if i will change from 110 to 105? im 70kg without the clothes
and if i should change what will be the benefits?

Best thing to do is try it, I would start at one setting say 100mm, ride it then try 105 and 110 and see what best fits u. I have found that the review's are a good starting point but always try a couple different also to find what best suits u.
2016 recommended was 110, they changed it to 105 for 2017.
Since there are airforks on 17, you might get away with 110mm and more but not an optimal setup to soften front because of a too soft set rear.
and how it will help me on truck?
General idea, the lower number 100-106 will give you more front end feel but maybe less stability at high speed. Turn fast and sharp.
107-110 is better for sand tracks, getting weight off the front, more sitting low in the backend and better high speed stability.
