Sorry for so many KTM/Husqvarna questions lately. I'm NOT looking to spend $1k on a new exhaust system therefore I'm looking for something used. Does anyone have any solid info for me on what will fit my 2017 Husqvarna FC450? I've read somewhere in the last couple days that maybe even the 250F slip-on mufflers fit?

To narrow this dude's post down to save starting a new thread, I got a deal I couldn't pass up on a 350.

Does anyone know if the 450 slip-on silencers fit the 350 assuming they're both the 16-18 models?

Thanks

250 and 350 systems are interchangeable. 450 has its own unique system. I think 16-18 the 450 exhaust is interchangeable on 450 ktm/husky/fmf etc

For the 2016-2018 models, the 250, 350, & 450 mufflers are all the same. The 250 & 350 head pipes are interchangeable, however the 450 head pipe will not fit due to the port size difference.

P.S. The 2014-2015 models are not interchangeable with the 2016+, unless it is a 2015.5 KTM Factory Edition.

The quick answer, is yes. They will fit. They are the same mufflers.

Pro-Tip: go to OEM parts on RockyMountain and compare part numbers from your bike, to the bikes in question.

I do it so much i just saved the link to my phone’s home screen lol

Thanks for your help guys, I've found one that I want from a company in Italy, and they say it is just a slip on silencer and fits the OEM pipework... but then they go on to say it only fits the 450 not the 350... that confused me given FMF and the Rocky Mountain OEM parts checker (awesome link, thanks man, I'll be saving it too haha).

I think it must be a lack of information on their part.

Post a link to the slip-on you’re wanting so we can take a look at it. I’d hate for you to order and it not fit.

15.5 -18 KTM and husky slip on's Will fit the 450, 350 and 250. The headers are the same for the 250 and 350 and different on the 450. I have a FMF 4.1 for these bikes that I will give to somebody if they can pick it up in the Denver Area

Will the 19+ stock head pipe fit the 16-18 bikes? KTM/HSQ
I’d like the 19+ head pipe on my 17 FC350.

Tak_Ryan, no pic on me sorry but it was an Arrow slip on, Powercore 4 money even with a carbon end cap and made in Italy so keeps the euro theme rolling.

Managed to ask the company directly eventually and it made more sense after they said they simply haven't tried it on a 250 or 350, so that's why it isn't listed for them. I didn't get why the distributor said it didn't fit, but as it's just a lack of info / R&D on fitment and they don't know if it'll fit, rather than "no, it won't fit because of x y z", I think I'm cool with the minor gamble, the odds sound pretty peachy.

My dad used to use them on his superbikes with no complaints so that usual sentiment from seeing something around when you were a kid probably plays a part in the choice too haha.
