I recently bought a 2016 150 SX from a guy and rode it for the first time yesterday. On the second lap this happened [photo below]... the exhaust flange broke.

After further inspection I think this was broken previously and poorly repaired with something like JB Weld by the previous owner (he didn't say anything about it). I thought I lucked out because that piece bolts onto the cylinder which means I could buy just a new exhaust flange rather than a whole new cylinder but after looking at the microfiche on Rocky Mountain it doesn't show a part number for this piece. The only way you can buy it is by getting an entire cylinder & piston kit which is $850 sick

Does anyone have any experience with this? Know how to get just the part I need? It is a seperately cast piece so why would KTM not sell it as its own part?

Oh wow that sucks, it's probably why he sold it. I don't have an answer for your question but I did notice that babbitts has the whole setup for $610 and I usually shop at Lake cycle who is usually cheaper than babbitts. If you have to order it all I would call lake cycle and he could ship it to u, he doesn't have a website so if your interested I can give u his number

Thank you. I wouldn't mind having his number if I do end up having to buy the whole setup.

A guy on instagram referred me to Ken as well. I sent him an email.

Assuming you lost the broken piece? If not, you can have it welded.

Any luck on eBay?

Wonder if you could pick up another exhaust flange from ebay and cut out the portion you need to weld into
your unit?
