IN NEED OF ADVICE IF ANYONE COULD PLEASE HELP?

Hey I wondering if any of you could help, I had a tadoo with some glass last year causing me to sever my muscle tendon and artery in my forearm almost loosing my life but when I ride now I’m getting arm pum bad in that arm as expected but getting pain from bouncing about wondering if anyone knows of any supports or anything like that as I go to Spain riding for my stag in June and don’t want to ruin it.
