Got run into today. FS450 (Supermoto. FC450 with road wheels.)
FMF Ti muller bent. Subframe very broken.

Is this common?
Never even bent a subframe before, in my life.
Not going to be cheap in OZ. (Think of a number, multiply it be 1.3, then double it....)

I said to Matt Mladin when his talking about his husky a few years ago “boy that’s going to expensive to replace the subframe if you break it”
He said it doesn’t matter! I believed him. Me..I hating spending and it’s bum me out.
Keen to hear how much they are

Yeah my friend had it happen. It's in three pieces and the battery tray is in the middle super tricky.

I just replaced my aluminum sub frame on my 350sx and it was 250 ish US. If its crazy expensive I guess you could go this rout. Its not carbon but it will be straight.

are the husky/ktm subframe interchangeable? I think you'd have to do the airbox and shit too if they are.

Hard to tell from the photo which bit has actually broken but I use this site a lot for checking parts and if I'm right, it looks like you need number 4 which is $239 and in stock.

Could be worse, a KTM full subframe is listed for $456.

Correct.
Thanks for your help.

They are not. They mount to the frame differently.

OK

US$120 here: (part #4)

https://www.ktmpartspro.com/oemparts/a/hqv/59dff3aceb0bedad1caf75df/fra…

$120 x 1.3 = 156.
156 x 2 = 312

I was close - Australian price - A$348 (My dealer gave me a better price)

Probably didn’t take into account that $US1 is worth about A$1.44 right now.
