How to split ktm65 2012 fork.

Edited Date/Time 12/2/2017 3:48pm
I wanted to change the seals and oil, seals no issue, but I am struggling to break the internal fork to replace the oil. Is there any trick to it or is it brute force. can't find the recommended KTM tool T727 anywhere, I got an industrial pin wrench but it's still not budging. There is no bolt at the bottom of the fork. Please see pics. HELP!

You have to heat the crap out of the tube to break the ungodly amount of loctite they use when they put it together at the factory. Over the years I have actually sheared off the pins from two different tools. Seems they stopped using so much on later years as the newer ones are easier to get apart.
