How do I get the coupler cap off of the ecu plug in for a gytr power tuner?

I have a 2018 Yamaha YZ250F, I just got a gytr power tuner and was wondering if anybody knows how to take of the coupler cap to plug it in?

The plug that goes into the coupler has a tab you push in and pull the plug down and it should come out.

If its stuck together, go to walmart and get some wd40 silicone spray and spray it in the plug. Will make it come apart really easily.
