How do I remove this bearing?

There's no way to hit or press it out from the back like I usually do. So how am I supposed to get it out?

Youll want to get a bearing puller set and a torch. Heat up the case and utilize the puller and it will pop right out. You might be lucky enough to heat the backside and tap it with a deadblow to get it to fall out. Heat the aluminum to 220 degrees for best results. A good test is to heat it and drip a drop of water on it. If it evaporates instantly its hot enough. Dont go too much hotter or you will warp shit

If you don’t want to buy a puller set, autozone has them on their tool rental program (you buy the set, then get refunded when you return it). Just used one for my CR’s rebuild.

Put the case in the oven 15 minutes at 300deg and it will fall out

That is probably what would happen. Still might be worth a shot if he's waiting for a puller to be shipped. Worst case you make a greasy mess

Harbor Freight has those for $69
With really small bearings that are too small for the tool to fit in, pull the bearing retainer out of the way, push all the bearings to one side and pull out the inner race. The remaining outer race can be removed with the slide puller.
