Read on the site that they’ve got new options for the existing 25 and 30 fronts. 25s and 30s, s meaning stiffer carcass or something.

They have since added a new tire to the lineup. Thanks for the heads up on it, Jrewing. I know nothing about it though.

I skimmed through your vid but didn’t see any mention of the new carcass option for the front.

We have been running the 30 front, and either 20 or 25 rear on our 450 since last summer and absolutely love these tires.
It's nice to finally have a true "race/performance" tire available. The reduction in unsprung /rotating weight alone is worth the price of admission. The traction of the rear tire along with the turning grip of the front equals reduced lap times!

We are picking up a MXS (Stiff) front on our way to Hangtown tomorrow and will be trying it. Smile

If you havent listened to the Keifer podcast, I highly recommend it!

Any word on how the "stiff" tires perform? Differences? Thanks.

The Stiff sidewall tire has increased lean angle grip and more responsiveness over the standard sidewall. On my scale the standard front is 7.5lbs and the stiff is 8lbs. In the picture you can see the Stiff has a more crowned profile with a narrower look than the standard sidewall tire.
