Honda CRF 450R tank in CRF 450RX

Hey Guys,
New to the site. I just got a 2019 Honda CRF 450RX, and I'm thinking on getting a 450R tank in it. Any has any experience with this? I heard that I have to have tank, pump and shrouds to make it work. Just want to be sure before I make the investment.

Made the swap on my 2017. You will need the pump and shrouds to make it work. It is not cheap but definitely doable.

Walent215, did you do any other mods for the 17? ECU, Clutch or wheels etc?

Yes. It was basically an " R " after everything done to it. Most was done to it before I got it but I did the tank swap. Tokyo mods remap, wheels, FMF, Precision Concepts suspension etc....wasnt a big fan of the bike as it felt heavy to me. I mostly rode it at the track but did one desert race on it. I personally like the 13-16 chassis better.
