I posted this earlier but can't find post.
I bought a 38mm PWk carb for 94 RM125 motor.
It won't fit in the intake. What intake can I buy that will fit the rm125 and 38mm carb? Is there a different rm125 year intake that will fit that also takes 38mm carb? Any help is appreciated.

I ran 38 PWKs from the RM 250 on my '93 & '94 RM 125s with no issues. Maybe it's the particular carb you have?

My problem is the carb won't fit into the intake boot. The boot I believe is for the smaller 34mm diameter carb and I can't get the 38mm to fit in it.
Is your 94' rm125 got a stock intake boot?

Well it was in '93-'94 but stock they had 36mm TMXs and I replaced them with the 38mm PWK. fit into the boots with no issues. Details are sketchy from 25+ years ago but that's what pretty much everyone did back then.

Try some dish soap. Went from a stock 34mm to a 38mm on vintage Yamaha MX360. Stock intake.
