Pulled these off my 125 project but have been unable to identify the manufacturer. There are no discernible markings to speak of. Definitely billet aluminum.

Emig clamps maybe ? I used the Emig 3 bolt lowers & 2 bolt uppers on my 98KX 125 & 250. The lowers were deeper for more surface clamping at lower torque = 12lb 13lb with/for less inner tube drag/stiction .
