HELP! HELP! HELP! YAMAHA YZ250F 2016 PROBLEM

Hey guys!

Just got buyed used yamaha yz250f 2016, after engine rebuild, got some problems.. When engine cold bike runs great, but after riding 20-30 min starts bogging and just shuts downs and wont start up for about 15-20 mins.. maybe have any ideas? fuel pump, or some sensor, also upoad video on youtube how it looks like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfWsUeRJWhY&feature=youtu.be

The sixteen should have the new TPS, may not hurt to make sure it is set properly and not moving. I would start by going through all the connections and putting a little die electric grease in them.

Try pushing down on the spark plug cap to be sure its on tight. On the 14-16 YZ250F Water can get in the weep hole on the side of the head and boil causing it to pop loose but not completely off. Bike will still run sometimes but cut out etc. JGR and some other aftermarket companies make a billet part that bolts to the valve cover and holds the cap in place.

Same problem here the cap lying loose on the plug.

Maybe fuel pump? They are known for going out. Shouldn’t run that long though if it’s bad and I think it does a lot of sputtering
