Front Brake Help 2001 RM125

Building a 2001 RM125 and trying to figure out the best way (on a budget) to modernize the front brake. Can I use the master cylinder off a modern bike? Also planning on using an oversized disk. Already swapped out the old routing system to the CR style Galfer line.

Yes you can. When I had an 03 rm I put an entire front brake assembly on from a newer KX-F.
