Saw these online for sale. And dude said they came off of a Cr250 he bought. Are they some type of factory fork or what...?? Any insight would be nice if anyone knows...

Stock 94 forks. Honda shortened the upper tubes but didn’t want to mold new fork guards. So they added the baskets to serve as a guide for the guards. MXA called them “vegetable strainers”...
