Float Level Help?

How would i go about setting it with the “eyeball” method? How much of an angle do you use? Any tips?

I had the floats set perfectly but while working on my carb this past week the pin fell out and the floats hit the table bending the tab out of whack....

Carb is a PWK38S (yz250)

Hold the carb at a 45 degree angle upside down. Blow into the fuel inlet and rotate the carb till the floats close the valve. When this happens the seam on the floats should be parallel with the gasket surface of the float bowl.
