Two different wheel numbers apparently meant for two different bikes, what's the actual difference?

Both are 19x2.15 rear wheels with 36 spokes.

The chart:
...says the GE_-410 will fit '89-'02 KX hubs
...and the GE_-422 will fit '99-'21 YZ hubs.

Are these wheels interchangeable in terms of spoke angle, length & nipples?

...Buchanan's spoke kit for the YZ and the KX is the same part number front and rear.

I don't know specifically, but very likely might be the diameter of the nipple holes. Call one of the wheel builder places. They usually know this kind of info off the top of their head.
