I'm pretty mechanical. I've done top ends in 2 strokes, my own oil changes in cars, brake shoes etc but I am not familiar with the SFF airs on my 2014 CRF250. They are leaking pretty darn bad. In advice or links? I'd like to do it myself.

Thanks in advance.

If you are just doing fork seals then you should be able to find instructions on youtube.

I would spend the money on seal drivers. Past fork seals, I woild send em out.

Any idea on a full rebuild cost for them.

I would give Factory Connection a call. A guess would be $150 to $200 for seals and oil (they might find other stuff needig attention that can drive the price up).

No idea on shipping.

The air fork is really easy to work on. Much easier than meddling with springs.

get the proper tools and dig in, they are pretty easy to work on. if you have done twin chamber forks before than you will be fine. the proper fork cap tools and base allen head are needed

x2 The tools will pay for them self's. Down the road you may could make some extra coin by helping out buddies with the occasional leak or tune up. Muddy season is coming for us in the east and its nice to be able to fix your self on a Friday before the race or ride that weekend.
