Cylinder markings

Anyone know who might have ported this cylinder? Its off a 2006 cr250r. If it's any help the bike came from Visalia ca. Thanks.

I believe those markings are oem. Does it have any markings on the outside of the cyl. walls ? How do the ports look ? It will be obvious if someone did any cyl. mods..

Here's two other markings that I could find. The ports have definitely been grinded on. The ports are the only thing that have been touched

Those are OEM engravings. The cylinder and exhaust flange are a matched set thus Honda engraves each piece to make sure they are matched at final assembly.

Yup. Those are oem markings engraved as well. It's possible the port work was a homemade job. Can you post pics of the port work ? Does the head look like it's been cut / reshaped ?
