Pull it apart & find out, need to inspect piston and upper & lower crank bearings.

is that aluminum stuck on there or is it a gouge? theres also a lot of wear on the exhaust port i think it dirt related

Ring end gap too tight?

once you pull the jug you may find a chunk of ring missing if it spun and caught the port, as mentioned above, if gap is too tight, as the heat causes rings to expand the ends touch, the ring continues to expand and walk out of the groove, it can then migrate over the locating pin and turn, and catch a port.

Pipe is leaking a bit where it connects to the engine, I was using pressure washer pretty hard at this place, maybe some dirt went into the cylinder that way..
