Crf 450 2017 crank casing issue

New on here, not too sure how it works.
Im trying to see if anyone has ever had the same issue I've had. 4th kick of my bike the kick-start got stuck down and then stuck up after I lifted it up. Have found out the crankcasing has cracked either side of the kick-start spindle / shift that's in the engine. Bikes only 14 hours old. Here's a photo.

I had some other issues with a 17 Honda and contacted Honda from the get go with the problems, starting with the very first oil change with very large flakes of metal more than the normal “ break in “ material they claimed. and was told from there rep keep running it that it looked normal to them. and I was quite disappointed with there customer service they did cover some of the damage to the motor but not near what needed replaced in my opinion to make the bike considered safe to ride! This happened around March 2017 and took up until October to get there customer service to contact after many calls. I hope they will cover the repair cost of ur motor and finally start to see they do have problems with the new generation motor and start doing people right!

Suzuki had a similar issue back in 2008. They replaced my entire engine after a full season of riding at no charge.
