bolt is not broken off in it, does anyone have any ideas on how to repair threads? Spray wd40 on bolt thread in, jb weld around it would bolt come back out. Or fill it with jb weld and drill it out and helicoil it?

How deep are the threads? There may be enough on down in there to hold it.

If the case werent on the bike id say mill the boss flat and then make a spacer to go between the saver and case. Most of the thread is down in that hole.

I wouldnt jb weld it at all.

Id try to brainstorm a way to sortof squeeze it back together and spot weld it. Maybe put your bolt in first then weld. Wont look pretty but its better than doing a super hack job with epoxy

Grind them both down to the same depth. Throw a TM Designworks plastic case saver on it and run it. You could also double or triple up on the stock case saver. Or....grind the top bolt hole down and mill the case saver to fit as best you can.
