Cracked axle block. Rideable?

Have new axle blocks on order, until then would you ride with these?

And what is the likely cause of the crack? Over tightened axle?

Id just take it easy in the trails and keep an eye on it. If it comes apart it will throw your wheel out of alignment and cause a lot of carnage.

I would not ride it, if it fails it will throw the wheel out of alignment and could possibly derail the chain that could pile up at the cases.
If you turn the adjuster bolts in then flip the axle blocks 180 I would ride it like that.

I would NOT ride it. That side of the KTM axle is threaded in to that axle block. It's got a large crack, and pretty sure its cast aluminum. When it fails, and it will, the axle will come totally loose, you'll throw the chain and do some major damage...

Thanks team! I think I will wait until the new blocks show up and install them before riding. Better safe than sorry.
