Found that my 87 KX250 has a little play in the big end bearing. Hate to split cases but am starting to line up parts for a bottom end rebuild. Kawasaki still makes crank bearings, seals, thrust washers and top end bearing, but the connecting rod and big end bearing are NLA.
Kawasaki shows connecting rod fitment as follows:
year part number
86-93 13044-5056
94-96 13032-1076
97 13032-1224
98-99 13032-1236
00-01 13032-1263
02-08 13032-1279
Pro-X lists a single application connecting rod that fits 78-07 KX250 (part number 03.4309)
What are the differences between Kawasaki's connecting rods across the years, or is Pro-X misstating fitment?

I see their washers are 0.1 mm thinner at 1.5 mm instead of 1.6 mm like stock. They are also 40 mm tall instead of 42 mm. (24 x 40 x 1.5)
