Cleaning Oil Funnel

I'm not the best at covering my funnel after I use it and it always collects dust and little bugs in it. Whats the best way to clean it out before using it again? Run gas through it? oil? rubbing alcohol?

Pretty much anything from aerosols like brake/carb/contact cleaner, to simple green followed by water - then I blast compressed air through it.

I love the lid (and the open/closed flow knob) on my Motion Pro funnel; not mention it's graduated with measurements

I use brake clean then wipe with a blue shop towel. also clean it after I fill the bike and stuff a rag in it.

After cleaning it , put the funnel in a zip lock bag so it will stay clean for the next use. Most will fit inside a 1 gal ziplock bag.

Store it upside down with a bolt in the spout.

Easiest way to break up any old oil or gunk imo. Wipe clean and you’re good.

I use carb cleaner or brake cleaner & a rag. I keep mine in a gallon sized zip lock bag to prevent that.
