About time for new chain sprockets on my 125sx, Using primary drive O-ring kit currently and got good life out of it, but not a huge fan of the added drag of an Oring chain on a 125. Thinking of steel rear sprocket but don't know what chain to pair it with?

Doesn't Primary Drive offer a lower drag X-ring chain at a similar price? Their steel rear sprockets are something like $20 and are relatively durable in sand. They probably have a complete kit for under $100

Try the renthal twin ring , weve had good experience with them. The D.I.D. 520 DZ2 chain is a good economical choice for the 125 imo. We run the primary drive steel countershaft sprockets with good results also.

Mika. The best. Especially when they have their 40% off sale.

I run Sunstar Works Aluminum Sprocket and MXR 1 Chain. Top level performance and excellent durability. If you want to go the steel route, Sunstar steel sprockets are on most bikes/OEM. The chain option SSR.
