Any recommendations on boots for my nephew? He will be 11 in November but wears a 9.5 men’s shoe!

The problem is a men’s boot is way too high on him. He is 4’11. Any help would be great!

Maybe take a look at thor blitz or fox bomber boots. Probably arent as good protection wise but might be a temporary fix.
