tc 250 2015, the bike conked out on me at the track and wouldn't kick over again. I noticed that oil was seeping out from the clutch case gasket by the power valve. Would this cause the bike to not kick over?

On a side not the kick start sometimes doesn't fully retract back and gets about half way when trying to kick it (plenty of compression/full engine rebuild 3 hours on the bike), I've checked the spring it seems tight, again could this point reason to why it would start?

Thanks in advance bra's !!!

The leak is caused by not installing the power valve cover gasket correctly, it will not affect the running of the bike . since it's been recently rebuilt check to see if your losing coolant your head gasket may be leaking which would follow the plug , put a new plug and see if the bike starts if it does and you're missing water you're going to need to replace your head o rings and torque properly.
