Has anyone ever come up with a way to make black wheels black again after the tire rollover rubs the black off it? I really don't care if I have to touch it up often but my Excels are not excelling.....

Obviously not a huge deal, I'm thinking about just taking a sharpie to them or just ignoring it. lol

Thick sharpie is a good move. Isn’t perfect but better than the silver strip worn off.

I just scratched up a brand new set of husky wheels... getting a 100 back tire on a 2.15 rim is a major pain in the area.

Big wide sharpie covered it up well lol

Take a rattle can of black paint, spray a bit into a small container of sorts and then use a small paint brush to apply it to the rim edge.
I find the colour matches better and lasts longer than the sharpie method.

That is probably the winner idea. Obviously it's a dirt bike and meant to get bashed up but I do like things to look as good as possible.

Touch-up paint works. I have an automotive touch-up business and my black solvent-based touch up toners work well.

I'm not sure what you mean by toners. Do you have a link to anything like that?

Black sharpie paint pen works the best.
When you say paint pen do you mean the pens where you depress the tip to get the paint flowing?
