Anyone have experience with the Bill's pipe and silencer on the newer KTM SX 250 2 stroke? I have a 2022 and wouldn't mind a bit more over rev without loosing bottom end. I know people say the Pro Circuit pipe and silencer will help with this and the FMF combo is kind of an all around pipe, but I'd like to be "different" with the Bill's stuff, if it will achieve what I am after. Thanks for any info.

Never tried a Bills on that bike specifically. But on basically every bike I have tried both Bills and FMF, it was hard to tell much difference. They seem to mimic each other. On my TC125, if I hold the Bills and FMF side by side they look like copies.

So this is for my 2017 250sx, but it should be similar to the 22. I had both the Bills and PC setups. I prefered the PC over the Bills. I thought the PC was cleaner off the bottom and it also fit better on the bike.

Sounds like the PC is the way to go. But how did the Bill's perform over stock? Did it give up anything to the stocker?

I tried to buy a bills pipe & silencer for my 22 ktm 125sx, the kid on the phone acted like he was doing me a favor by selling me their pipe….. Think I stick with FMF 👌

I have a Bill's setup on my 250sx. I also wanted to try something a little different. Butt dyno tells me it has a little more power than stock most everywhere. Same butt dyno tells me that the PC setup on my friends bikes pulled noticeably harder up top. I'd go with the PC pipe and their long silencer if I was buying again. Don't get me wrong, the Bill's setup is pretty nice and I like the appearance of the silencer. I've had seat time on multiple 250sx with the PC setup and it just gives that little extra top end pull that the bike needs.

Thanks John. Sounds like it will be the PC setup for me.
