Alright so I'm a big guy. About 6'3 290lbs. I want to buy a pit bike or a smaller dirt bike for my cabin (like a 150 or something) to just drive up and down the road to where my boat is and what not, no jumps or anything, but I want it to support my weight. Can anyone recommend what I will need to do for upgrades like rear suspension spring, forks, etc and any specific recommendations of products?

old bike with side car. You have to haul your beer some how to your boat. Or a golf cart.

Haha bike with side car would be interesting. Any specific stuff for what I mentioned?

It will support your weight just fine for what youre doing. If you feel that inclined you can get stiffer springs from BBR or something. If thats not enough they sell aftermarket forks and shocks.

A small-medium 150 or a like a 190cc pitster for example? Or both would be fine?

Those large displacement pit bikes are made for big power, but not so sure about big weight.

PERSONALLY, if it were me, I'd stick to a Japanese bike from one of the major brands (for two reasons, parts availability and resale value). You could go with the aforementioned CRF230, or the Yamaha TTR's. I see TTR's for sale on the cheap all the time.

Just remember, if the McGuire twins can venture cross country on CT70s, nothing is impossible laughing Here's an article if you've never heard of these dudes https://4-stroke.net/105-articles/810-the-mcguire-twins

Positively, absolutely 110% obsessed with anything MOTO.

Hahaha oh wowwww. You mentioned TTR's would a 110 or 150 suffice as far as speed and support or would the 230 be needed?

Bro go pick a damn bike. All of them will support you. You are 300lbs not 600. Bigger motor = more power. Have fun.
