Looking for a good throttle for a KX500 build, last thing I want is this thing to stick. Any recommendations on a stock or aftermarket throttle? The one on it is roached.

You can always just get a aluminum throttle tube and use the stock housing. I did that with a PC throttle tube (teflon coated on the inside) and its butter. However cleanliness is key to a smooth throttle. Any debris or dirt it will make it drag. For the money Motion Pro makes the best throttle

Ive got an aluminum tube on my 450 and its significantly faster and smoother than the plastic ones on my 250 and gsxr.

I like Pro Circuit for aluminum throttle tubes. Their products have a great machined finish. A little more expensive but great quality.
