Anyone got a good starting point in jetting a 06 cr 125?
Pro circuit pipe and a shorty silencer.
Will check tomorrow what's currently inside.
Sea level regular fuel.
Getting a 38mm air striker asap.

So maybe a rough starting point för that?
Needle--CCL in the #4 clip---https://jetsrus.com/individual_parts/017_464_su.html
Pilot--52 or 50 depending on where you end up with the air screw
Main--185, start with the 185, but in the warmer weather you may be able to drop it down to a 182.
Air screw--start out a 1.75 turns out, and adjust as needed.
Tried to order from jetsrus but won't accept foreign, will look around. I'll check the slide as soon as I get it! Thanks
The Shop
Squish 1mm
98 fuel (euro) with maxima 927 3%
Ccl needle 4th clip
7 slide
185 main
Started with a 52 main, felt fat so I tried the 50.
It idles highest in rpm with air screw maximum out, so I am actually gonna try a 48 just for fun, just need to get one.
Without load it revs out good and doesn't bog, or hesitate. but the spark plug feels a little too wet.
48 sounds lean tough.
I'll keep you all updated as soon the bike and me are ready to do some testing under load.
Maybe our fuel is a little different. I'll try but otherwise I'll put the 50 back in it
Hard to tell without putting load on the bike also..
With 500rpm rised idle. It idles the same with air screw 1.5-full out, less air screw and it lowers the rpm.
With the 50 it sputtered out some unburnt fuel on the number plate also, 48 it doesn't leave so much spooge on the plate, responsive as hell!
I'll keep the forum updated as soon as I get my swingarm bolted up and can test it with load on it, then we'll see if it bogs or not
21 degrees Celsius
Sea level
Maxima castor 3%
98 fuel
This is where I'm at now:
Back to 50 pilot.
185 main
Ccl needle 3rd clip (one leaner)
Air screw 2.25 out.
As stated, 48 is too lean.
Went back to 50, felt good on idle and top, had a slight hesitate in the middle, dropped the needle 1 clip.
Now it gets an nice even punch if I "lug/bog" it and give full throttle, nice even pull without bogging or hesitate.
Spark plug perfectly brown (phone makes it more grayish than irl) and the pipe has some nice colour after 20min runtime
I tried PC jetting and thought the stock range was better.
