The slide made the biggest change on my bike, I wonder if that changed too.

Those are steps in the right direction, the 17 &18"s which share the same jetting, are too rich on the pilot & too lean on top...

Only missing ingredient is the slide, manual doesn’t specify
Needed info should be in your manual in the tuning engine chapter , good chart of rich to lean needles

Nice! Further validates all the changes that we collectively made on the 17's and 18's. I dont get how you develop a new bike and not spend a few days getting the jetting sorted out before delivery. Blows my mind.

Bumping this. Has anyone here had any luck determining which jetting, needle, slide mods that the 19 responds to well? Same as the 17-18? Thanks!

Anyone have any jetting specs for the 2019 250 sx yet? Ive been riding it bone stock and it wasnt bad but today was the first hot day of the year here in ny, 92 and humid, and the bike was pretty lean. Looking for some tips for a warmer weather setup.

Hot & humid conditions should make your jetting richer not leaner...

My current setup is 5.75 slide, S-1 needle jet (stock), 17-62 needle (suzuki needle) and 35 pilot (stock) and 450 main (stock) with a bills system. Bike has been running really well in all California weather conditions. Tried a 40 pilot and it was too rich. I'm about 1.5 turns out on the air screw.
