What are you guys paying for powder coating?

I'm looking to get a few frames powder coated near the Sacramento area. The first shop I visited (Performance Powder Coating) wants $525 for a 2-stage (flo green) powder coated frame and $236.50 for a single stage job. When I spoke to them about a year ago, they told me $165 for a single stage. Does anyone know why it would be so much more now? And what are you guys paying for powder coating? I'm just trying to get some price points here- and/or a suggested shop in my area. Thanks.

I paid $150 for a frame and swingarm and $40 for the hubs...any color price didnt change

Probably depends a lot on the area. I paid $250 down here in socal a year ago for a frame. That was sand blast and coat.

Right around $100 for standard blast & coat. I have had black pearl done, silver & the KTM neon. All turned out great........

I paid $230 for 1996 CR250 frame and subframe blast and powder. Prices I would say depend on the operation. A guy working solo out of his garage will be cheaper than a guy with a big building and 10 employees
