Just got my pwk from a Honda dealer. Turns out it’s a 39mm carb. Pwk00A model of the parts fische. Measures 38.5mm internally, I didn’t think any used the 39mm?
Using with a stic block on my 139cc CR.
Just found info that the pwk is larger slightly externally than the PJ.

The vast majority of 39mm PWK's were non air stryker (AS) carbs. Late model RM 250's came with 39mm AS carbs that were labeled as 38's of the most part. If you are able to post a pic of the back (air box) side of the carb i can tell you if it's an Air Stryker model.

Yes it is an air Stryker, as it has the 2 angled vanes. It should be 38mm by all accounts but the bore size is 38.5. I though the Keihin 38mm carbs were closer to 37.5mm internally?
