Completely rebuilt top and bottom end. Had the cylinder and piston sent of to be replated. After I got the cylinder on I hand cranked it over by hand. Everything was silky smooth, but after I got the head on and the motor back on the bike. Ready to crank the motor won’t even turn over. Not by kickstart or flywheel. It was never kicked only turned by hand when it was on the table. I’ve pulled the head off, but still no luck. Absolutely out of ideas.

Sounds like the crank is not centered or one of the main bearings is not fully seated in the cases.

Did you accidentally put a domed piston in instead of a flat top? If everything was smooth until you out the head on something seems off like the piston is contacting the head.

This is a definite possibility... I’d start by removing the primary gear and see if the crank is still bound...

It’s very possible will the it may not be centered the bearings went in as should. I will definitely be checking it. I loosened the stud bolt and it immediately freed the piston up
