Hey guys, I post about this last week and I'm still having trouble. I put a steel braided clutch cable and Cerakoted my clutch master cylinder. Someone in the process of this I screwed something up. It feels like my pushrod is too short. Everyone kept saying that I had air in the line but it seems like it's something else. My clutch lever is stiff and the full travel of the lever feels normal, yet the clutch isn't disengaging enough to freely spin the rear wheel in gear. I think the pushrod isn't sticking through this mounting bracket far enough. (I never took my clutch cover off but I did pull the pushrod out a couple inches and put it back). Any ideas guys?

Pull off clutch cover and see if the pressure plate moves. Should be noticeable. When I replace a hydraulic line it is always difficult to bleed. Did you try reverse bleeding from slave cylinder using a syringe?

I pulled the cover off and you can see the pressure plate move about as much as the pushrod is sticking out with that slave mount pictured. The rear wheel will turn if I apply pressure and the clutch roughly disengage but it won't freely spin. I'll check my 2016 too and see what the difference in pressure plate throw is.
I tried to vacuum bleed, feed with syringe, pump-hold-crack, but it always ends up back at this point with the clutch lever feeling normal but not enough disengagement to spin the rear wheel.

Is that a Rekluse system?
Nope, stock slave cylinder and clutch. I did buy a Rekluse slave cylinder to swap out and it feels the same.

On many bikes you cannot spin the rear wheel by hand even when the clutch is 100% due to some drag that still exists.

Have you tried starting the bike and putting it in gear and seeing if the bike stalls or creeps due to clutch drag?

Yeah not sure if this helps but my 21 Crf450r rear wheel will not spin with clutch pulled in.
